PLANNING YOUR VISIT
COME AS YOU ARE!
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at our churches a welcoming one!
WHERE ARE WE?
Ascension and Pinehurst Churches are a dual campus ministry, meaning we are one group of believers with two campuses/congregations.
Our Ascension Campus is located at 1500 Peterson Ave. in Eau Claire, WI, located off Highway 53 and Exit 9 after turning onto Highway 312, and then turning onto Peterson Avenue. The Ascension campus has Sunday worship at 8:45 am with food and refreshments following the 8:45 service. The Ascension campus also has Wednesday night adult and children’s Bible study at 5:30 starting after Labor Day and finishing just before Memorial Day. Year-round, the Ascension Campus also has worship on Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm.
Our Pinehurst Campus is located at 3304 Fern Ct in Eau Claire, WI. We are off North Hastings Way/BUS 53 and north of Highway 312. This campus has a beautiful worship space and has worship services year-round on Sunday mornings at 10:45 am. Our Pinehurst campus also has our annual October Fish Fry and Fall Festival.
Both campuses are a blessing to our faith community and surrounding community, and we look forward to welcoming you to both.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT ASCENSION & PINEHURST CHURCHES?
From the time you enter our building, our goal is to warmly serve you. We are committed to being a church that is Biblical, down-to-earth, relevant, and practical; a church that will provide you with the tools to build strong, healthy Christ-honoring relationships in your life; a church that will teach you spiritual truths to help you live out God’s purposes for your life; as well as a church with ministries designed for every spiritual need and desire a person has at every stage of spiritual development, from spiritually seeking to mature believing.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT A WORSHIP SERVICE?
We worship on Sundays at 10:30. During this time, we meet together to worship God and learn more about Him, who is our focus. Our Services are Christ-centered, reverent, and traditional and we use a Hymnal entitled, “Christian Worship,” for our services and hymns.
Our pastor will make announcements throughout the service so that you can participate without fumbling through the pages. Our Gospel messages present relevant issues that can be easily applied to your life and shared with friends. What you learn on Sunday at worship you’ll be able to use during the week.

WHAT ABOUT MY SMALL KIDS?
ARE YOU GOING TO ASK FOR MONEY?
The Bible teaches that our offerings to God should reflect our belief that all we have is His gift to us. It teaches us that with our offerings we worship and honor God. Like most Christians, our members thank the Lord by bringing offerings to God through their church. Since offerings are gifts of love for God no one dictates what each person is to give. It is your act of worship. Thanks.
Visitors need not feel obligated to contribute to the offering in a worship service; worship is our gift to you.
